Disclaimer

The AI Wine Pairing Plugin is designed to provide wine pairing recommendations based on recipe details using artificial intelligence. While every effort has been made to ensure accurate and reliable suggestions, the following should be noted:

  1. Accuracy of Recommendations: The plugin relies on the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) to generate wine pairings. AI-generated results are based on general knowledge and training data up to 2023. They may not always reflect expert-level accuracy or account for specific regional or personal wine preferences.
  2. Responsibility for Errors: HDM Agency and the developers of this plugin are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the recommendations provided by the AI. Users are encouraged to use the recommendations as a starting point and consult a wine expert or sommelier for critical decisions.
  3. Changes in API or Costs: OpenAI may update its API, pricing structure, or terms of use at any time. Users are advised to keep track of updates from OpenAI to avoid unexpected changes or costs.
  4. Customization Limitations: While the plugin offers language settings and other customization options, these may not cover all specific user needs. Feedback for improvements is welcome and will be considered for future updates.
  5. User Responsibility: The user is responsible for the correct configuration of the plugin, including the input of an accurate API key, monitoring API usage, and managing associated costs.
  6. Health and Safety: Recommendations provided by the plugin should not be construed as professional dietary or health advice. Always consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

By using this plugin, users acknowledge these limitations and accept full responsibility for their decisions based on the AI-generated recommendations. For support or inquiries, please contact Elisabeth J. Bertrand at elisabeth@hdm.agency.
